Washroom Refurbishment

The refurbishment and redevelopment of the washroom in this case study was a complex project. We provided a full design specification, project management and construction in-house. We worked closely with the client to ensure that we fulfilled their requirements, this included the design and manufacture of bespoke fixtures and furniture items.

For this project our architects, specialist suppliers and contractors enabled the refurbishment to progress with careful consideration to the environment and to aid an overall sustainable programme. We were able to reuse some existing materials and finishes and source locally reclaimed materials. We also incorporated low energy lighting, water saving flushing equipment and taps, waterless urinals and foam soap dispensers. All of this provides cost savings, promote a refreshing hygienic friendly washroom experience and assists to reduce the impact on the environment.

The refurbishment of this third phase was completed in 10 weeks. Our experience and skills working on similar projects enabled us to deliver the work on budget and on time. Added to this our flexibility enabled us to incorporate additional specialist items outside of the original programme and complete this project to the highest possible standard.
